There are food trucksβand then there are FOOD trucks like Sanjha Chulha. My pet peeve is the dilution of recipes for an uninitiated intended target palate, which often strips away the authenticity of true dhabaa food. Not this place. The chef even speaks in pahari Hindi and mentioned they donβt use red chili for spice, but rely on actual garam masala. The chole bhature was unmistakably North Indian dhaba styleβextra spicy, just like I ordered. Devoured within minutes, yet somehow it transported me years backβto sitting on a charpai, enjoying a roadside meal in quintessential dhabaas.

Me and my friend went to try an Indian food truck, and the food was really delicious! We had samosa chaat, vada pav, and paneer makhaniβeverything was full of flavor. My friend got the gobhi kulcha with raita, pickle, and butter, and that was amazing too. Super affordable and honestly better than some restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

I honestly donβt even know where to begin β this food truck completely blew me away! From the very first bite to the last, everything was absolutely incredible. The flavors, the freshness, the quality β just next level. We started with their chats, and wowβ¦ they were bursting with flavor! Perfectly balanced, super fresh, and packed with that authentic street-style taste that instantly takes you back to India. Every bite had the right crunch, tang, and spice β just pure happiness on a plate. Then came the Paneer Makhni, which I now understand why itβs one of their most famous items. The paneer was unbelievably soft and fresh, and the gravy was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It had that perfect buttery texture with just the right amount of spices β honestly one of the best Iβve ever had! The Vada Pav was another highlight β spicy, flavorful, and so satisfying. The chutneys were spot on, and the pav was perfectly soft. It felt like authentic Mumbai street food done to perfection. And I cannot forget the Chicken Tikka β absolutely top-notch! Perfectly marinated, cooked just right, juicy, smoky, and full of bold flavors. This dish alone is worth going back for again and again. A

Off the beaten path, but absolutely worth it for truly authentic Punjabi food. If you had to try just one thing, make sure it's the chole bature! Glad we stumbled on to this place.

Had an amazing meal! The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The pav vada was crispy outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. The chole bhature were outstanding β fluffy, fresh bhature with delicious, well-seasoned chole. Everything tasted authentic and satisfying. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Indian food!
